One of the things I have learned during my many years of blogging is adding a little visual interest to any post is a lot better than not having anything at all. In fact, I can't remember the last time I wrote a blog post and didn't include some type of visual, even if it was a company logo. It is unthinkable for me to have a bare naked post.
So, for those of you like me who do not a) own a digital camera and b) even if we did own a digital camera would take horrible pictures there is some hope.
For the photography in my blog posts, I leave the work up to the professionals and buy credits from companies that offer low-cost photo purchasing options. Here are the ones I like the most.
- iStockPhoto
- Dreamstime
- Big Stock Photo
- Fotolia (By the way, I just found Fotolia last weekend and I am really enjoying their selections of photos).

Thanks for the addition to mu growing list of photo places. I use free pics so far, which has been OK, but hopefully when I start making money at my blogging / witing, I can add some paid pictures to my posts.
